Function
- Side feed/end feed Mechanical/Pneumatic applicators can both be used in RSM-SCM-20E which can support rapid applicator change.
Applicable Applicator
- Multi-core wires Applicable. Their strip length could be very short: the Minimum stripping length of the sheath is 17mm. Minimum residual insulation length of inner core is 10mm .
- High productivity with extremely short cycle time, only 1.2 s.
- Traditionally, in the production line where stripping and crimping are separated, wire strands disorder or time consuming would occur, which can be perfectly settled by RSM-SCM-20E.
- Stripping and crimping can be completed with only one insertion, which ensure easy operation.
- Cutting depth and Stripping length can be adjusted by Micro Regulating Rod.
- Less noise than traditional terminals, and more power saving.
- Adopt 7 inch HMI operation interface, the parameters are visualized and easy to understand.
- CFM/A is Applicable.
