Feature
- Equipped with two sets of twisting units can process the wires alternatively, wire clamps/grippers driven by air.
- Wire twisting from direction of clockwise or anticlockwise is setable.
- Pulling force is constant when the wires processed. Rotation number can be setable as well.
- The wire grippers equipped with PU blocks ,providing better protection to the wires, to guarantee the wires have no marks and damages.
Process Flows
1. Load the two wires to the both ends of wire grippers.
2. Machine will start to twist the wires from clockwise dierection with low roation speed and stop after the setting round number achieved to eleminate the stress.
3. Then machine will re twist the wires from clockwise direction with high rotation speed and stop after the setting round number achieved.
4. The machine will twist the wires from direction of anti clockwise with low rotation speed to eliminate the stress again and stop after the setting round number achieved.
5. The wires will be released to the wire collecting slot after the process done.
